This sound is kind of weird to me. Sounds like engine knock but doesn’t sound to metallic either. Sounds like exhaust gas being trapped, or an intake valve leak. The sound goes away then will come back. Seems to happen after a hard acceleration hit.
Could be a damaged cam, but I doubt it. I’m leaning towards the lifters on the intake side.
