Admin: can you change Mileage for me? Damn phone!

I felt like Kramer a bit in that one episode of Seinfeld where he sees how far he can go before running out of gas.

I started with a full tank. All highway miles with ACC set to 80mph. About 15 miles of city driving first.

433.0 miles @ 24.734 gallons.

I have only managed about 303, it was about half and half.......im still kinda heavy on the pedal though. Im averaging about 12.3 now
I averaged 17.5-19.5mpg for my first post. Best I've seen ever actually! My last long highway trip was 16mpg at most.

My city/highway 50/50 mix is like 230-250 miles a tank with around 12mpg average.

Are you getting better mileage with that intake installed?
That's just crazy Zac. Out of curiosity what's your rpm's at 80, are they still about 3k like in the WK1?

Jim
Tachs at like 2800rpm at 80.

I can't say anything about mileage improvements with the bwoody yet. Let me observe it more before I say.

On a recent 1000 mile high speed highway trip, I averaged 16.0 mpg. This is about one mpg better than my 2006 SRT8 would get.
Highway miles 19 mpg consistently
I just did a 230 mile intercity high speed run with some city driving at each end, and only averaged 14.6 mpg. I noticed that above 85 mph, the "Eco" logo rarely comes on. I guess you need all 8 cylinders to overcome rolling resistance at that speed.
Just completed the 1000 mile return portion of my round trip, and averaged 16.7 mpg. This was slightly better than my 16.0 mpg in the other direction. Must be because this time I was going west to east, and must have had a tail wind ha ha.
Figured I'd add this pic as well. Goes with my OP. Right after fill up and cruising again I checked the DTE number.
