There is a unused rubber grommet hole filler just to the left of the brake booster on the engine side, maybe 6" away. Slice it open and push you wired thru that
thanks i will look for that tomorrow...
Grommet

Like Jeep Trick said. You can see it here just below the yellow cap. At least it is here on my 06.

Nice engine bay - where did you pick up the CF covers?

Black Ops Auto Works, they are not a supporting vendor here

I just got mine without the Hemi 6.1 on them, straight CF
Sorry guys the firewall on my 2010 looks nothing like in the photo....

Are you positive? I would be really surprised if they changed that. Don't think it would be cost effective to make a change like that to production

Yes, mine has a cover over the entire firewall, i will move some of it to see if that grommet is behind it
My 2010 is the same way with no hole there. I didn't even know there was one there on previous models until Chad(CMN1) pointed it out. I never did move any of the cover to check behind it though.

i just checked under the heat shield and the dash and there are no spare holes.... i think I'm going to drill with a hole saw and get some grommets

Now you got me really curios. Post up some picks of how it looks

I would be surprised they made a change like that mid production

looks just like that but missing the grommet and hole... and the padding is all the way across
There is a body plug in the floor in front of the driver's seat you can drill out and come through if you wanted to avoid drilling a hole in sheet metal. The body plug is plastic.
i will look at that, thanks
Remembering this topic from the past, only some of them have the hole for whatever reason. I couldn't find it on my 09 before.

In my '07 there is a used plug with two small wires that route themselves just behind the glovebox. It's very close to the PCM. I'm not sure what you're needing to run, but i just figured I would chime in.
