Hey,

I am local to the Greensboro area and looking to get a cam and springs installed in my Jeep. Is there a shop close to my area that you would recommend? Or if a forum member wants some extra money I would gladly get them to do the install.

I would but unfortunately I work 7 days a week right now. What is the going rate for that?

It varies on what all you're doing. It starts out usually around $450-500 plus can bolt, fluids, and oil filter. If you do springs and rods it goes up obviously. Depending on your milage, there can be some other things to change out while you're in there.

LOL nah any jeep guys that are Stage 6 customers get free wings/beer at hooters compliments of HB. It's called the Stage 6 meal plan. I take advantage of it at least 1-2 times a week

Yeah they have lost their mind. The quote was $2900 with them including cam, springs, pushrods, fluids and filter. Ridiculous.

If I had the time, I would drive it down to Stage 6 for ya(I can guarantee Stage 6 will take care of you...Their meal plan is second to none)... I will be at Arrington next week for a tour and some R&R
