Hello,

I get a whining/buzzing (high pitched) sound at acceleration. I can reproduce it in 6th gear between 4k and 5k rpm. I have recorded the sound in a video, but cannot upload it, only pictures can be attachef. It sounds like supercharger, kind of an airplane sound at takeoff.

I also get a whine in 2 or 3rd gear between 2k and 3k rpm. The car has 33,000km 2014 Grand Cherokee SRT.

Any ideas? Transfer case or differential fluids, air intake/filter, vacuum leak?

Thank you

Not sure if this is it, but this is common in car audio. When the power wires were next to the speaker wires. Exact sound you are describing and pitch of the tone follows rpm not speed. Not sure what would cause that in yours though if its factory. My gf's maxima thats factory does it too.
