is it important to get the same design on 4 or does'nt mind ?

It is important to have all 4 the same, especially on an AWD vehicle.. you should also check the tire sizing to make sure they fall into spec with factory ratios.
post up the measurement from both your front and rear tires and we can let you know if you are safe to run the pair !

I had a horrible grinding noise with kinda the same setup as your talking about, it came that way when I bought it. I bet it didn't do it to start but it hurt my transfer case. I would be careful with that... Replacing tires are cheaper than transfer case....

Don"t mix!
I think the most important issue with this is....are you mixing runflats with non runflat tires? This is not good for your health!
Ok now let's check out your sizes to make sure you don't eat up your transfer case.
