My plan is Cam, Supercharger, Headers, Corsa Exhaust, Diablo Tune.
I am researching the best options to get close to 600Hp Flywheel

Anyone have suggestions on the best reliable way to get there?
the Jeep is not a daily driver. 2006 Bone stock with 60000 miles.

ProCharger and cam with supporting mods and you'll be there easily!
He will pass that 600 margin by a lot and conservative with a 8psi pro charger and a nice CAM :)

Yes I discussed pro Charger with a tuner shop and also the other mods.
I just wanted to make sure this is the right decision. It is not a daily driver but I want reliable and I was afraid the turbo setup Woul be more maintenance then the supercharger.
Thanks guys for the responses so far.
And 600 hp is more then I need.

I make more power than that... and its a lot but its never enough

I had heads/cam/headers/ported intake/supercharger, etc. and it wasnt enough. So I added a LSD in the rear end, smaller pulley, and a stage6 fuel system.

Its getting closer to what I want... Maybe near 700HP at the motor or so is what im at?? I would like some more power though... I think 700 - 800hp at the wheels would be perfect for street driving!

Hahahaha I am guilty of that myself .

But the good news is you have plenty of options. You can go the SC route on your stock block, single turbo, huge shot of nitrous (300 hehe) etc.

Then throw out the nitrous idea, but the other two are fine. Hell, you could even go with a stoker (426 or 440) and be close. I am at 530whp with my 426ci heads, cam, headers, build.

Yep I was considering a whole new motor. I never considered nitrous. Thanks for all the responses!

Dude are u serious...go back and do some homework on turbo setups. They use exhaust gas to spin the turbo and an oil line to keep it lubed....that's it. The supercharger runs a whole pulley setup with a belt, an oil supply unless it's internally lubricated AND robs power from the crank to spin it. Now tell me what may have more maintenance. The only thing a turbo is guilty of is making more power than and supercharger at the same boost ?

I used to always say unless you want to be married to your Jeep slap a Vortec on
it and call it a day. This way if you want to sell the Jeep you can turn it back to stock.

Now I say you can do the same thing with my TT Kit and make more power when you want. Add a Tranny and a fuel system and you will kill anything on the street. That
includes a Supercharged Stroker (accept BJB).

Then if you want to return to stock you can sell the Kit and mods or I will buy them from you.
Back to stock for full value.

Now the upside is after you do what I said above, you are only a forged shortblock away from MADDNESS!!!!

You will find out its never enough.

Now that I got my fuel system fixed and able to put the power to the ground with the wavetrac and bills trans.

I'm already thinking about the next major upgrade.

But to answer your question, a turbo or supercharger will put you way over 600 HP to the flywheel. Hell, most vortech guys are doing almost that to the wheels, and don't get us started on the crazy numbers that have recently been achieved by the turbo builds.
