I noticed my coolant was a little low and I was in a fairly remote spot. I topped it up with that will mix with any color shell antifreeze wondering if I should get it flushed right away or if I will be ok. It wasn't much but I have read that mixing can cause gelling... the last thing I want. Please let me know!

Thanks guys,

TH

Doesn't specify. Sucks as i just had it flushed/changed but I don't want to mess around. I will just get it flushed...again lol. This time I am going to get a jug of the pink stuff to go.

Wasn't much Rocky. It was just below the add line and I filled it just shy of the full mark. According to the SAE 15% is fine. I guess the gelling is the result of mixing green (silicate based) with pink. The organic acid precipitates the silicate. I am thinking I should be ok.
