Just making this post as I have a couple questions about doing a resonator delete my self on my 2017 Jeep GC.

1) if I cut out the “suitcase” muffler and weld in my own piping, will it throw any codes? And if it does, am I able to just clear the codes and carry on?

2)should I just leave the “suitcase” muffler in the exhaust, and remove the back 2? Please let me know what you guys have done. Thanks!

I've deleted the suitcase (Middle Muffler) and put an X-Pipe no codes and sounds so much better.

Does anyone offer a kit to remove the suitcase (like Corsa)?

Stainless Works and Kooks both sell a set of midpipes for that application. I personally am going to delete the rears with the mufflex kit. I’ve heard deleting the rears adds virtually zero drone and is more similar to the dodge platform for sound. The suitcase delete can add some serious drone if you do a lot of highway driving, especially with MDS active!
