I have about 21k miles on my Jeep SRT and it was in for service the other day and I was told that I needed new front rotors/pads and a brake flush, quoted around 3500$ so I figured I could probably save a bunch of money with going with some nice aftermarket pads that can perform just as well if not better, with MUCH LESS dust would be great. I would prefer not to spend 1000's on new brakes, but could if they were well worth. Has anyone tried the "POWER STOP K876026 z26 street warrior performance kit"? I've found this brake kit with pads/rotors for around $700, seems like a good bargain. Any tips or advice on these or something better would be appreciated. Thanks :)

This is the link to the brake kit set I found on RockAuto

$3500!!! Did your Jeep come with the Performance 2-piece rotors? You can replace them with 1 piece rotors to save some cash, but if you want to replace them with 2-piece rotors, look into Racing Brake brand parts. I was able to replace all 4 rotors with 2-piece rotors and pads for about the price the dealership wanted for only the fronts.

Flush the brake oil at 21k miles? seems too soon. I would just replace the pads and resurface the rotors if they had deep grooves of vibrations. Brembo pads are occasionally available on rockauto's website as well as other brands.

What is your budget? I am looking into replacing my Jeep's brakes and considering doing just the front rings with DBA, new rear rotors, new pads all around. I was quoted about $1700 in parts for this. I haven't pulled the trigger yet but everyone says good things about DBA. This is with a Trackhawk so maybe slightly cheaper with an SRT but likely very similar.
