Questions about steering and front end

So I been looking at replacing tie rods to see if that will help with my sloppy steering. I noticed on rock auto that all the replacement parts are greasable ones, are the factory one too? Could this be the reason for sloppy/floating steering? Also looking at doing upper and lower ball joints too, is this a point I should address as well to tighten up the front end?

Our 2010 has no grease fittings. I see no problem with replacing with grease fitting equipped replacements as long as you maintain them. I drove vehicles for 40 years with front end components with grease fittings and if you regularly grease them they essentially never wear out under normal use.
