Greetings all! Been lurking here for a while. So, I installed a Ripp SC on my 2014 WK2. I’m located in El Paso, which is about 3800 above sea level. I’m making about 500 to the wheels, and drivability is better than stock. I was honestly expecting 570-600 based on Ripp’s advertised #’s on 91 octane. I didn’t take into account the elevation difference. Ripp offers an “altitude” pulley for wranglers, but no option for the GC. Has anyone had this issue and considered going to Vortech for a smaller pulley. I think it’s a 3.0 pulley now and I’m thinking 2.85-2.95. My local tuner recommended a smaller pulley as well. He daily drives the same model with a whipple. Oh, and I have no other mods btw. AWE catback on the way though.
