Hey guys I was wondering what else do I need to piece this together for the jeep. The kit brand new is a big hit to the pocket that I don't have and this might be a cheaper option for me.

A D1SC headunit with the belts and piping and intercooler (came off a mustang) $1500

fuel injectors $400

Bracket for jeep $900

Do I need the flowcharger?

Not sure that D1 head will work on the jeep as it could spin in a different direction then the Jeep kit. I would call Procharger and ask them about it. i would hate for you to drop 900.00 on a bracket only to find out that D1 head will not work for you...

yea, I spoke to them and I think they're the same. The guy on the phone made it sound like my project is do able with no problems. Hopefully It can all be pieced together and work. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if it's possible

You will need the Flocharger or some form of BAP with a blower. The belts and piping off the mustang kit will probably be useless to you as well, so add those to the list. Is the Mustang intercooler the same one thats used on the Jeep? You will probably need some mounting brackets for the intercooler.

Cool man! Don't forget to add the amount for what it will cost you to fab up the piping to the front mount inter cooler or buy it from Procharger..

Like my older and much wiser brother would say............JUST BUY THE KIT!

By the time you piece the kit together, Fab parts, Snags, tuning, Etc....You could have had the correct kit!

Piecing it together is my best option.

Not sure about the piping tho, can someone post up what the piping looks like for the jeep an compare it to the mustang

Here is the inlet side:

I don't have a pic of the tubing on the outlet side of the intercooler, but in this pic, you can see how it just comes up from over by the battery. The elbow out of the intercooler looks pretty much the same as the inlet side.

Don't forget to add injectors to your list as well. ;)

Dont you have to make sure the Charger itself is Clocked right for the application. I thought I saw that they come setup for specific mounts or maybe it is just the mount that is needed. You may want to check on that.
