Have these been shipped out yet? Anyone got one? a buddy of mine has got a Procharger system off of a GM truck, basically the same components as our rigs, and wondering what it would take, besides a bracket and belt and minor changes to make it work on the jeep. Hes got the P1SC, BAP, Intercooler, etc.

Probably will work as you will need a different belt, bracket, 2 bar map sensor, 1 step colder plugs, at least 60 psi injectors, BAP or dual Walbros in the tank I.would think... Also a Dayco belt tensioner, CMR tune and the 3.7" pulley to.make 7 psi of Boost...

As far as I know no one has a kit in their hands yet and the earliest will be next week I would think....
yep What he said^^^
Hey knuckles i went wit the srt4 injectors 55lbs u think that be okay? Or i need 60lbs?

You will be fine I think since you will be running 7 psi..... Running 9 psi or more then I would.jump.up.to.the 80# injectors...
I'm getting the 80lb, but not saying for what. Hehehe

Just go with the 80lbs and still run 7psi as you will only do it once , lets say you decide to go 9-10 psi , no you'll need to buy bigger injectors all over again . just my .2

Also will need the jeep wiring harness for the BAP to make it work for your truck, make sure that the blower is clocked the same as in the jeep kits as all blowers aren't clocked the same, the intercooler mounting may also be different if it is the same intercooler, you will def need the correct piping for the kit as well, sounds like a big project to be honest, oh and don't forget the crank pinning kit as well, so your missing a lot really...could get costly, the brackets aren't cheap to begin with...

At this point you're almost better off getting a jeep tuner kit and adding the stage 6 fuel upgrade, map, injectors and tuning...that way your knocking the guess work out of it...would you like me to pm you pricing on the jeep kit? Were running some sweet deals currently...

Yeah forgot about the piping and would be more costly I think to piece that kit together. By the time he pieces it together it would have cost him the price of a brand new kit....

Dont discount the srt4 injectors too quickly. You can support 750 crank HP with a set of 52lb/hr injectors at 90% duty cycle on a SC engine. We are still running the base magnuson injectors on Eskles truck at 10psi.

Like everyone has pointed out, your gonna incurr alot of extra expense trying to adapt another kit to your truck. That's even if procharger would sell you the individual pieces to the jeep kit! You are better off starting with a Jeep kit.

JB , At 8+ Psi with the SRT4 Ones , I was out of injectors already , at first I thought it was The BAP Not supporting it , so I went ahead and had The twin walbro installed and nothing changed as I was still going lean on the higher RPM , ( Note: Installed the 32t pulley back on making less boost and no issue unless I needed fuel on colder days ) then two days later after installing the 80lbs , Problem solved till this day . What Size are The Maggie supplied Injectors ? I believe they are 60lbs .
Yea, they will sell you the individual parts...but like any other non package items, their expensive...I priced out a stage II bracket for a Charger, just the brackets were almost 2800...and again, don't buy the kit expecting the blower to swap over to the Jeep brackets, the blowers are clocked differently for different cars and the rotation can be reversed 360*, rendering the blower useless for your application, just the blower alone will run you 2700-3k for P1 and D1's...honestly man, at this point you're def better off buying a tuner kit with the correct parts and adding in the flocharger/wiring harness or the dual pump upgrade from stage 6 and injectors/map and tuning...

If you already purchased the entire kit form him why not put it up for sale on ebay or the GM forums and use the difference to offset the cost of new?
Magnusons injectors are 52lb/hr GM injectors. No problem at 10psi on Eskles truck at Atco, and he was trapping more MPH then you which means its making more HP (Assuming similar weight). Was your boost a pump adjusted all the way up? I know Eslke still had some more to go.
Yes all the way up , and did make sure that it was actually functional , and it was indeed .
Procharger uses the head unit from the LX kits for the Jeep. The head units for the GMs are clocked differently, as Skip said. The piping is completely different from other applications, and the bracket to mount the head unit is different as well.

See...I'm not just blowing smoke...lol :p

Yea man, it seems you'll be better off just getting a new kit with all the correct parts rather that trying to hunt down individual pieces, since the kits are so new you won't have any luck finding used parts or take off parts since most guys haven't even received their kits yet...and they won't be parting away from them anytime soon...
