Just got my tuner Saturday and I have a cai should I just do the 93 cai octane tune or is there anything else you guys would say do or another tuner guy here on the forum I should talk to... Thanks

In my opinion, you'll be fine running that while you only have a CAI.

As far as I know 93 octane tune can make you run lean if air temperature fall below 70F or so. Everyone recommends a custom tune. For built in tunes 91 octane is better than 93.
AFR will be the same regardless of which tune you select...the CAI tunes are set up to add a bit more fuel than the non CAI tunes, but the fueling for the 93 and 91 tunes are exactly the same, someone gave you bad info ;)

My dads 330d gets like 35 mgp+ so that's better than a yaris but really what the best
The biggest thing that is going to help MPG's is staying out of the gas... the difference between tunes is going to yield very negligible results when you compare tune vs. tune.
