hey guys, down jetted the Jeep 20hp to 125 jets, and
swapped in the plate instead of the old fogger nozzle.

This thing hits hard. Feels like the same 140 old shot.

per my FAST wide band, I tuned it pig rich....10.2-11.3range.
I was concerned, because it fogs directly into the intake
so much nicer than the curved fog spray 14+ inches away.

Anyhow went and got pizza for the family, did a few tests,
and DashHawked a 0-60 run. Burning posi a little I pulled a 3.20 sec run.

My previous best with old set-up and bigger shot was 3.39.
weather and trime of day was relatively similar.

I will be at the Cecil shin-dig this coming Saturday.

My mods are as follows.

Modded factory air box with scoop trimming, K&N panel,
and dual brake duct ram air mod.
I have a 170* thermostat, and fan mod for track only.
I have Iridium 1 step colder plugs, and gap is .038.
B&G stage II computer, with Predator tweaks on top.
cut some big holes in back of factory muffler, (don't have $1000+)
Had a Nitrous Works wet kit, now switched to Nitrous Outlet
SRT plate.

I had a regular wet fuel injection nitrous kit. That sprays the "juice" through
a fogger nozzle placed in the intake tube....mine was pretty far away from
the throttle body, b/c of short lines.

I simply replaced the fogger, with the plate that bolts in front of the
throttle body.

Hooked the lines to my existing solenoids.....so there is no hiding it now.

It sprays a better/ finer mist of nos & fuel into the t.b. for better atomization.
Resulting in a much more efficient delivery of the nitrous & fuel.

The plate definately hits harder, and is more efficient by the 0-60 figures I
am reading on the DashHawk. Also feels noticeably quicker.

So if you are thinking about a nitrous system, and don't have anything yet,
strongly consider the Nitrous Outlet SRT8 plate complete kit.

I really liked the hidden aspect of what I had before, but come-on if people
think the Jeeps run 11.5-11.8s without a power adder than I guess you can
just lie to them, and keep your hood closed. haha.

Goodluck.

no problem, your buddy hooked me up a little, and I haven't had it to
the track yet, but it looks and works great.

thanks for your post and advise.

I love messing with vehicles, but they are money pits, and I am a slow learner.

right with the bwoody cai and plate, we just trimmed about 1 inch off the short side of the silicone elbow where it attaches to the throttle body. make sure you leave yourself enough straight silicone to get the clamp on it. we used a bandsaw, but feel a utility knife or hack saw would work. just be careful when using sharp tools
