Though the jeep is rated for light towing (3500lbs), I'd be on the look out for extra wear and tear from towing. Assuming all that work with moving the exhaust and adding (I assume) a 2" receiver.

Just like any other car, if it's been towing it needs more recommended maintanence, so did they keep up on it?

Now that Im not sure of. I will be asking for any type of prervious owner paperwork though. I can run the vin and see if there were any factory repairs i believe.

The owners manual has different schedules of recommended maintenance. Using a vehicle for towing will recommend more maintenance, shorter intervals.

Just saying make sure it was taken care of.

By law Dealers (most honest ones anyway)are not allowed to divulge any of the previous owners information. I would be surprised if they had any of the service records, but it's certainly worth asking the question. They also don't show any pictures of the engine, so not sure if any mods were made.

That is correct. Theres not to many of them around here and honestly it really depends on the numbers since im trading in my truck but yeay itll be my first srt8. The reason miliage doesnt scare me from my point is I literally work across the street from my house so I may average a couple hundred miles a month, so mpg really doesnt phase me:rolleyes:, but I understand that doesnt take away from the wear and tear of the truck already.

Tom..the Dealership will not release info, however you can ask the owner to go to the Dealer and Have them print out the History of its service, free of charge.

Good luck & I'm excited for you to jump on the wagon...:)
