I ran a 50/50 mix of MS109 & 91 ( 5 gal total ) with a all stock 2012 SRT8 JEEP in 1/8 mile with very good results. There was 4 other 2012/13 srt8 out running all stock and they were running 8.6/8.8 @78/80 mph. Here is my 3 passes below. The 50/50 mix came out at 98 octane with 4.02 % oxy. Gas here on the west coast only has 1.8% oxy. My race wt was 5492 lbs weighted in at the track. I never ran my 2012 on 91 octane as i learned a lot of info using my gas mix on my 2007 srt8.

There is if the higher octane has more oxygen than yours does. By law the highest oxygen you can use is 3.8% on the city streets. Heres the diff race gases i have mixed 50/50 with our 91 and the place they finished in track times.
#1 vp109 = 105 octane with 6.3% oxy.
#2 sunoco = 98 octane with 5.6 oxy (nascar gas).
#3 sunoco = 104 octane with 4.8% oxy.
I had to sign a release that i was using all the gases on the dyno not city streets. 100 octane in ca for street use has 1.8% oxy and it was no better than 91 octane. I used these race gases with 91 in both my srt8. The 07 had the 6.1 motor and had a 91 octane dyno tune and cai thats it. The 2012 with 6.4 motor was bone stock. The price on all 3 race gases was $16.00 gal and you had to buy a min of 5 gals. If you dont believe me then try the gas and see what it does for your cars.

That's a fancy theory but totally incorrect. Your stock ecm isn't programmed to adding timing on seeing a higher octane thus no power gains.

The fact you admitted to signing a release to use racing fuel tells me all I need to know.

Good luck and stay safe😉
