I heard any headers is a total PITA to install..
I have Corsa exhaust and will install Kooks LT this winter. Heard good things about ARH and SW Headers as well.

Headers are difficult to install as mentioned.

I like American Racing Headers and Kooks Headers.

I run American Racing Headers on my Jeep. Nick over at ARH recommended 1.75" for me since I don't plan on going with any major power upgrade (stroker, supercharger, etc) on my Jeep.
