Loss of power on downshift

Currently have vortech kit, paramount built trans, Jonah tune.

When I downshift to 2nd either autostick or full auto, car almost sounds like it's hitting the rev limiter and breaking up a little, this is about 4k rpms. It cleans out after about 1k and pulls to redline.

I'm gonna shoot a note to Jonah but wasn't sure if anyone else experienced this. Only does after the trans install and a new tune from Jonah that included some torque management changes.
