LED Strip instead of Halo. Anyone try this? DC?

Anyone every try this? They dont make Halos for my 08 HID projectors so ive been looking at what else I can do.

DC . You think you could pull something like this off easily.

The only thing I don't like about LED strips is that they are visibile.


What I have done with OEM HIDs is make them glow different colors by precision mounting some LEDs:
