I'm in the process of doing an engine rebuild. Got a Ripp's SC kit, forged pistons and rods, Texas Speed blower cam, stall converter, headers and full exhaust. How much horsepower can a stock drivetrain handle? Thanks!
The zf 8 speed from the srt is only rated to handle around 550-600hp. That is one thing people take note of. Your axles would probably need replacing depending on how nuts you go. Also, rear upper control arms since the factory ones are the shitty ones used in V6 models.
Mine is a 2012, so NAG trans. I'm sure it's still at 550-600hp rating. It'll be tempting to not crank the boost to >7lbs. I got a feeling this is going to get real expensive. Thanks for the reply.

I'm pushing 670 whp on MS109 and 620 whp on 93 octane with all stock drivetrain. Current set up has been running this way for 60K miles.

I have a 2014 and I'd say 600 hp and 550 TQ at the engine 600 if you're lucky.
You'll know it's too much if your transmission starts going Wa Wa Wa on WOT straining the gears if not shutting down completely
this is what the manufacturer rates the HP70 at.
everyone’s driving habits will dictate how long the trans will last.
had this same discussion with another forum member and this is what he gave me.
an HP95 will not fit in an SRT without heavy modification in case you thought about that.
before my jeep was turbo I had a whipple making around 800 wheel melted the trans the first day! Now I got a brand new setup turbo pushing 1250 wheel with a built hp95 handles the power with ease
