On highway last night at about 60mph I heard what sounded like a rock got spit up to the undercarriage and rattled around. Whe I got off highway, I could here what sounds like an exhaust leak while hitting gas. It sounds like numerous thumping noises when accelerating. Aalmost likee a bicycle chain under heavy load

In neutral the noise does not happen..can it be driveshaft? Trans? I only have37k on an 07..please help me out

Also we got about 6inches of snow and earlirler in the day I had traction off at low speeds for about 30min..at the time and after highway noise the roads were xlear

Sounds like rocks knocking under the car?

This is very common in Jeep SRT, in our Jeep SRT club in Saudi Arabia we have over 7 cases, most of them caused in Differential. the reason is unknown yet, maybe its a factory fault and maybe cause by the upgrading tire size..

Update: drove her again today..almost sounds like a purring cat (weird deacription but true) under very light throttle at any speed. I mean really light throttle. Its like a very dull grinding from under the jeep. Also happens when car is downshifting on its own. Like a clicking noise.. no performance loss. Could it be diffs or tc..please help
