Guys I was doing a 130mph on the highway at 1:30 in the morning and my good year runflat shredded on the inside. The pieces of the tire must have came up and ripped my whole wheel well out and a wire that runs behind it near that black box up top on the driver side back wheel. How much is the plastic wheel well? anything I could do with good year? and what's that wire that literally ripped out  everything works I think on the truck, taillights, rear fogs, etc

Can you splice back together the wire? MSRP is around $76 for the wheel well. Pt# 55156 621AF plus you need rivets

I think you already had the typical inner tire wear issue down to the cords and it came apart because of the speed. Glad more damage did not occur. The wheel well liner is not hard nor expensive to replace.

Harbor freight you can get a plastic rivet gun and a big pack of various plastic rivets for like $20. That's what I used when doing my wheel wells and bumper covers during mods.
