Guy with MagnaFlow Mid-Pipes, question.

So I got the MagnaFlow mid-pipes with the X pipe. My question is does anyone else have issues with the front drive shaft rubbing on the pipes? Mine rubs a lil bit, I'm not sure if all the time but there is for sure a polished mark on it from making contact. Any ideas?

I never had any rubbing issues with mine, but it was close to the driveshaft.
