Full Vortech V3 Supercharger Kit w/FMIC & Gauges,Meth Kit,Many Extras,Take a Look!
Selling my whole Vortech kit off my Jeep. This kit helped me to run a 10.99 last month. Will be on the Jeep till Saturday the 4th if anyone local wants to see and hear in person.
I hated the aftercooler that came with the kit,so me and my buddy made an air to air front mount intercooler setup for it. I don't have the stuff that came with the kit to turn it back but why would you want to anyways.
Here is what you will get:
Polished V3 blower with fresh oil. Literally 50 miles on the oil. I put approximately 14k miles on the blower itself and I bought it used almost two years ago in great shape.
FMIC with 3" piping on the blower side and 4" on the TB side.
Kenne bell BAP
Injectors that came from Vortech
Red Coolant overflow tank
HKS mushroom filter, element was changed 2 months ago and I have a new spare
2 bar map sensor
32,30,28 tooth pulleys
The 28 is on there now and gave me 8lbs of boost. The 30 gave me 6lbs.I have cam and headers so that is gonna be a little lower than someone with stock parts.
Belt for the 28 tooth, runs a smaller belt, and a belt for the 30 and 32.Gates racing serpentine belt.Eliminated all the slip I noticed with the Gatorback belt, that is included too though.Dayco belt tensioner as well.
Snow performance meth injection kit with 3 gallons of boost juice. I bought the kit new and had it installed, but never got it to spray Meth.Don't know if I have a bad controller or it's just hooked up improperly. The pump works for sure, just was never able to get spray under boost.
Dual Aeroforce Interceptor scan gauges. These light up in red and have SRT in red on the gauge bezel. These are awesome because they simply plug into the OBD port and get their power and all functions. That simple.A wideband kit can be bought and used in one of the analog ports on the back of the gauge.
It reads boost already from the OBD port.Something like 50 parameters they can look at.
Billet tech catch can modified Z bracket,so it can be used with the new intercooler setup. It's black. You wil ONLY get the mount and spacer,NOT the can or hoses.
PT tuning vaccum manifold.
I believe I have it all covered on what you are getting. The piping and blower housing is painted Flame red,an exact match to the Brembo red that came on the late 08-10 calipers.
The pipe coming off the throttle body wasn't completely tight and blew off under boost and damaged the pipe and fan shroud.Once it was good and tight I had no more problems.I will have the dents taken care of and new paint on it before shipping.
Can have it sprayed any color really. The intercooler was sprayed mineral grey with red endtanks, with SRT in black in the middle. However they did it too low and I never had it fixed. In all honesty,it looked better raw,the way it came.If it were me I would flip it around and expose the raw side, since I don't believe they painted the back side.Downside is,the mounting tabs would need re-welded to do that.Holes will need to be drilled through the bumper support to mount the intercooler.
To run this FMIC setup, the inside of the bumper will need to be trimmed roughly 1" around the whole opening, from what I remember. You will lose your brake cooling ducts and the lower grill mesh.I suppose,if you trimmed more from the inside of the bumper, you could keep it?Not sure.
Might find a way to rig the brake ducts back in,but I know they won't stay right where they were supposed to be.
As the Stage 6 guys know, with a 4" intercooler pipe coming from the driver side, the fan shroud needs to be cut down.To me,it even looks better like that.
The lower tab for the factory airbox is in the way as well, once I spun the blower.
I believe that is it.Just wanted to give a heads up on what is involved. No surprises here.
Hit me up with any questions.I want $4200 for all this plus any shipping.Willing to meet local guys as well.Again, this will be on the Jeep till the weekned of the 4th,then I can ship out sometime the following week.Sorry for driving on,just wanted to be thorough when someone is buying something used for this kinda money. On with the pics..
