I am having a slight grinding noise at 20mph and my non dealer mechanic told me to get the four wheel drive control module flashed. Has anyone done this or had this problem? If I take it to the dealer do you think they will charge me even though there is a technical service bulletin explaining the noise/problem??

If the TSB is found to be the problem then I would not expect to pay for the repairs even if out of warranty

But the dealer is there to make money so be careful
