One possible way to go would be to buy a whole harness, preferrably used one, and swap it in. If that doesn't work, you are likely to get the money back by selling it.

TIPMs are expensive I think...

For what it's worth, I'm really sorry for your troubles, I know what that shitnis like. I had a car that had intermittent electrical gremlins, ended up being a single chafed wire, but this was discovered only after swapping ECM, gateway, gauge cluster and whatnot... Several thousands down the drain.

That’s what I’m thinking is going to be the problem with mine.
