This DSP has only been used a couple times - still works perfect. A couple tiny scratches on the front but nothing bad and definitely doe not affect anything. Comes with AC adapter and USB to serial adapter. It is no longer married to my car and I can provide pictures of that if interested. SOLD. Thanks
