Just trying to get some info on what is wrong and what I can do to fix the problem... I checked the fuses as I haven't been able to use my rear wiper or rear backup cam nor do my reverse lights work. Found a bad fuse so I swapped it out with a new one and once I go to try them I blow the fuse... is this due to bad or improper wiring? I had new HID reverse lights installed but didn't install them myself so I couldn't tell you if it was done improperly or not... but any help or info would be appreciated. Thanks!

What fuse was it? Did it happen after the HIDs were installed? Sounds like you have answered your question and you need to take it back to whoever installed your lights.

Disconnect the HIDs at the light and try a new fuse.
