Auto climate controle problem??

Does anybody know of a problem with vaccum lines for the vent trapes in the dash?? I am getting only hot air on the floor and not on defrost and neither on face mode...?And if i put half floor and half defrost the top is cold and floor hot..???

Any suggestions guys??

There are electric motor/servo modules that run the dampers on these cars, not vacuum motors as in the older ones. One way they state to test them is to switch the connectors around between actuator modules to determine if it the module or the controller.
Edit - I see you said auto climate control. I only have the manual for the manual climate control so it is possible the automatic uses vacuum servos but I doubt it.
