So i'm sittin at a stop light behind a van minding my own business... actually coming back from the liquor store with a keg in the back of my rig and what rolls past... a built white TB SS (i know its built because one of the dealerships in my dealer group took it in on trade and this guy bought it) built trans, cam, exhaust sounds good... i actually sent a video to knuckles of it idling... sounded mean... but any way... i immediately looked at my buddy and smiled... i turned to follow him... got on the side and hit the gas a little to let him know i was ready... we took off from like 30... ran to about ninety... (had to hit the brakes due to a car pulling out) THE SRT PULLED ON THAT TB THE WHOLE TIME! close race... didn't pull on him hard... but none the less... VICTORIOUS i havent stopped smling since... he wants a rematch... looks like we will be running em tomorrow... from a dig... videos will be taken...

i don't think he did spray it... well he said he didn't any way.. i talked to him afterwards and he got my number... lol just texted me trying to go race right now... must REALLY be bothering him! but yeah i cant wait to run him from a dig!

nice man hes probably wishing he had the nitrious turned on if thats the case, good kill none the less. for whatever reason I dont ever get revved on or get to race any thing since Ive had the Jeep. use to get hit up all the time with my mazda but now never...

yeah for some reason people want to test me all the time... but... i don't mind... i like the challenges... got a few notches on my belt... a couple mustangs, built neon srt 4, supercharged LT1 camaro... and surprisingly half of them were from a 30 roll... i LOVE MY JEEP!

i raced a tbss a long while back with heads/cam/headers/tune/intake/ catback/ worked intake manifold/nitrous and a converter a while back. 2wd model. without nitrous and From a dig I ate him every time. From a 30 punch i slowly pulled away, but not much. From 60 roll, i pulled slightly...but by 80 he was pulling back on me.

With the nitrous, he absolutely ATE me for lunch. the guy nearly lost it launching from a dig...but no matter how hard I pushed the jeep...I could not keep away from him.
I would have been better off standing still, more than likely.

therefore...no the tbss in the OP's post was definitely not using nitrous. even a small shot would have put the tbss in front of his jeep. Good kill

How did you secure the keg??? I have visions of the keg rolling around / falling over / when you punched it and hit the brakes???

Reminds me when my dad took a propane tank in his Malibu (many moons ago) and the tank put a dent in the quarter through the trunk...

⬆ haha, I was thinking the same thing. I always have some ratchet straps in my jeep for cargo lol. I know the way I drive everything needs tied down.

haha i had it laying on it's side... and wedged my sub and tool box between it and the inside of the jeep... ha my beer was quite foamy when i got it hooked up to the kegerator
