I have noticed lately that no matter what the DA is on our CA 91 gas the jeep is running as fast as it did with CA 100 octane. I never change the tune no matter what gas or DA is. Best ever on CA 91 in 1/8 mile was 8.15 @ 84.01 @ +1475ft at 22,000 miles. Last 2 times out at 40,000 miles it has run 8.08 @ 84.75 & 84.80 @ +1357 & +2059 ft. Now b4 that i was testing with fed 91&93 gas and ran 7.98 @ 85.38 @ +99 ft & 7.95 @85.91 @ +12 ft. Now i no it will loosen up with more miles on it but to pick up .07 & .79 mph at the same or higher DA with the same race wt of 5190. We have a race meet on 1/12/12 so im hopping the DA will be below +500 ft so i can see just what will happen. I have never run faster in - DA than + DA as in CA the colder it gets the more moisture is in the air. Last 2 times out the humidity was 72 & 58%. I do like to hit the 7.90s but i dont think i can hit it with CA 91 gas with our weather we get. If any1 can exsplain it please chime in. Heres the gas i use. The jeep always has run pertty consistent.
CA 91 = 91 OCT WITH 1.8% OXY
FED 91 = 91 OCT WITH 3.5% OXY
FED 93 = 93 OCT WITH 3.5% OXY.
RACE WT RANGES FROM 5186 TO 5194.

Converting 1/8 to 1/4
8.15 = 12.77
8.08 = 12.67
7.98 = 12.51
7.95 = 12.47
