Very interested but what is the reasoning in doing a synthetic change at only 3k miles? That's systematically not really a good thing. Was this done since new (aka done that 8 times now)?

I am second Owner. Changed three times since I have had it. Once when I purchased (because I wasn't sure when it was last changed), changed again when we did the install and just changed again when I listed the vehicle for sale. Supercharger oil changed as well. Serviced and ready to go.
