Hey guys, I have recently purchased myself a 2015 Jeep SRT! The first week or two were great but I am now facing a few issues that I could possibly get some advice on.

1) When I start the car first thing in the morning and turn on the AC, there seems to be a loud click noise coming from the dash near the windshield. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions?

2) I am having a few strange noises coming when I brake mainly at low speeds. The first noise a mechanic diagnosed as the brake booster which I am soon getting replaced. The second noise is more of a creaking noise coming from what sounds like the front left of the car... I'm thinking maybe suspension?

Update:

2 of the 3 issues have been resolved. The first was the brake booster which removed the squeak from the brake pedal, the second issue with the creaking upon braking was solved by replacing the wheel hub.

Only issue left is with the AC sound upon turning on the car.

Just curious--when switching from hot to cold, does hot/cold air come out of the vents?(Both driver and pass sides)

I don't think so, at least not that I have noticed.

Usually when I start the car it takes some time for the AC to get cold about 15-20 seconds and an almost thumping sound from the dash for about 2 seconds.

Sounds like it could be a blend door actuator. Not a hard job if it is. There are two- one driver side, one on the pass side.

Yepp def sounds like a blend door , as Jimboo said not a hard job But…. it’s Tighter than a young Virgins @ssshole up in thur!!
I thought i had that issue when i had a hole in my condenser order’d the parts (which were cheap) blend door gears from Amazon i think like $30~$40 was al ready todo the job when i realized how tight and annoy it’d be.. Went to my Mech. And he was like no man , you have 0 Freon! Fml that was a $1300 job!
