I just got my 2012 grand cherokee srt8 in bright silver. It's a blast to drive the srt8.
One quick question regarding the Uconnect/ bluetooth. I have a iphone 4S and iphone 4 connected via bluetooth, everything runs fine except I dont see the contacts dispalyed from the phonebook download. It reads all the contacts from my phonebook , but doesn't display the names/contacts on the screen. Is this system only voice activated ?

u probably have to click something on your headunit to upload into your hard drive..call your dealer n ask them they prob have the answer if no one response with the right answer

I have other problems wiht my 4s and the uconnect. I contacted Jeep and they explained that it is the 4s's bluetooth 4 and uconnects bluetooth 2. (FY the dude said the iphone 4s has bluetooth 3 but that is incorrect). Anyway I get a list for each contact they are essential duplicated a real nuisance. My iphone 4 works flawlessly but the coverage stinks

I don't recall any issues with my iPhone 4s and being able to view the contacts on screen.
