If I give it half throttle of the line, it hesitates and I feel something in the rear slip and then grab. I think its a axle shaft. Left one to be exact. If I slam the pedal, i just take off but only on partial throttle it slips. Any thoughts. Anyone have this issue. I'm about to go to the dealership and be like WTF.

I think I have the same problem...If I half throttle it, its almost as if it downshifts then upshifts in like 2 seconds, really weird...But ya, anytime I am on it half throttle, it does NOT shift smoothly...

im not sure if i have the same problem, but i do have something similar.

right when its about to shift from 1st to 2nd, it like hesitates for a second like it isnt sure if it should shift or not, then slams into second gear. usually the shift from 1st to second is kinda rough, but every other shift is pretty smooth.

The other noise you are hearing is just like Our Zoo stated. 1-2 shift hesitation. Very common but an easy fix. There is a bulletin for a flash out on this.

well i read on the "fix" for the 1-2 shift hesitation, and it says that it only happens at WOT. mine does it no matter how hard your pushing the throttle. will the fix work on any throttle position or just WOT?

I feel like there is slack in the drive train with my 08 too. When I am going about 20 mph and let of the gas I feel the slack and hear a clicking sound underneath in the rear, when I hit the gas again I hear it again. Sounds like something is lose when I touch the gas and left off a few times just to hear the noise. Reminds of old U joints or something.
