Was just curious if anybody has ran 4.11s or similar gears over the stock 3.73s and if the results were noticeable?

Has anybody used 305/30r20 and 255/35r20 size tires? Currently have the common 275/40 and 315/35 combo and was browsing on tire size calculator and the 305/30 is over an inch smaller in diameter. Figured itd be a nice little boost off the line.
