I just picked mine up from the dealer last week and on the way home, loss of power (not significant but noticeable), rich smelling exhaust, the TICK and eventually a P0303 #3 cylinder misfire code. I've cleared it a few times, comes back on some quickly and others later. Performance does not seem to be altered much now. I checked the coil pack, switched with #1 and still the same code. Checked for spark and looked at all harnesses for the injectors, coil packs, etc.
The tick is the part that bothers me as it sounded like valvetrain chatter or engine noise. Then I dug deeper. It appears the tick is coming from (and vibrating profusely) the Purge Valve Solenoid behind the left bank (drivers side) which then echos off the aluminum shielding and then under the SRT. I'm going to change this $25 part out before assuming it's internal issues or before spending $500 on plugs and coil packs. I hear DUI makes a great set dyno proven for 12WHP for the SRT so I don't mind spending a bit there. I'm at 87k, not wanting to hijack the thread but any thoughts regarding the P0303 situation and these symptoms would be appreciated. I'm past 5-years since registered so the powertrain warranty is up.
