600+hp Turbo SRT8 Jeep

Hennessey may have his issue and he may be an a**, but the guy knows how to make things fast. With a bit more psi that thing will definately be rediculous. I know there is alot of bad blood, but the video's still should be shown. There is TONS of potential with this vehicle.

SRT600=SRT8 With Hennesey Turbo package.
522 rw hp & 567 rw tq @ 7 psi

Power:

620 hp @ 5,200 rpm
650 lb-ft @ 4,000 rpm

Performance:

0 - 60 mph: 3.7 sec. *
0 - 100 mph: 8.5 sec. *
1/4 mile: 12.1 sec. @ 114 mph *

The SRT8 GC in the video does not launch hard - 0-60 in 3.7 may be hyperbolic.

From a video paradigm, the GSM supercharger is a better deal.

And the real question is whether or not I'd leave my baby in JH's hands for the work to be done. . . and after all the recent thread nonsense, he'd have a better chance ripping the steering wheel from my cold dead hands

Exactly. I was seriously contemplating shipping mine to JH to have something similar done but not now. Granted, all I have to go on is the word of others but from what I've heard (and from what I've seen JH post) it will be a cold day in hell before she ever leaves my sight. Unless, of course, GSM gets good reviews for their upgrades and then I guess she's off to California. To me, 15K for that kind of added horsepower and performance is a bargain but not at the added expense of sleepless nights worrying about it.

I knew that would happen... I don't see anyone else stepping up to the plate with those kind of numbers? I am not saying send your vehicle there, it is a great value, he is a nice, or a fair guy. Just saying check out that SRT8....that is all.

Point taken. I'll give credit where credit is due. Even if those numbers are inflated (I'm not saying they are), he's still built what looks to be a damn fine machine. 0-60 in 3.7 seconds? I'm skeptical. A 4 wheel drive monster? Absolutely. I just wish that I had peace of mind so that I could ship mine down there.
