Johnny, I know how you are feeling. I been back and forth for over a year now on selling my jeep. I've had it almost 5 year and its been the longest I've owned any vehicle.
My wife is scared to drive my jeep and my son just got his license about 6 months ago so I won't let him drive it. I need a 4 season car that my family can also use.
I'm going to order a 2013 10th Anniversary 4 door Rubicon that I'll also get to have some fun off roading with as well.
Good luck with the sale if you get a price that you can live with.
Sorry to hear Johnny, but at least you are looking to replace it with a 14'. I will never get rid of my jeep. I'm pretty sure most of us Stage 6 guys will go to the grave with ours. I'll definitely have some other fast cars to add to the stable in the future but I just can't let the jeep go.
Amen to that! The only way the Jeep leaves, is with me in it. I'll learn from my father, and not sell the cars that might be worth something later.
I'm with you guys, at this point in my life with my kids and what not I love being able to use it for pretty much anything, trips and what not. I could see adding to the stable but to part with my Jeep would be a real tough call to make.
I still get looks and complements on pretty much a daily basis and when I tell people it going on 5 yrs they cant believe it because it still looks brand new.
I know its a tough decision for you Johnny but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Johnny my boy, you're killing me. I think we all have something in common on this forum. We all want to drive something that excites us everyday when we get into the drivers seat. I'm addicted to that feeling. Remember, I did this. I had the same thought. Oh, there will be other cars out there that excite me more, I'm kinda sick of the same ol Jeep, blah blah blah. Because of that thought right there, I've lost A LOT of money and gone through 3 Jeeps. Truth is, nothing is more exciting unless you want to spend your whole life savings on a vehicle for a Lambo or something. Our Jeeps just have everything, raw power, looks, and comfort. I love being in a vehicle and people look at me and say, WHAT THE F IS THAT?! Not many cars can do that. I missed that when I sold my Jeep. Johnny, you are smart, you will make the best decision for you, but if you are even close to being on the fence, don't do it. I lost over $10,000 switching cars and getting back into the Jeep. I love my Jeep. The car payment kills me, but I smile everytime I romp on it. Good luck man, I know you won't go anywhere, but I will be really sad to see your Jeep go.

Tam, you are the reason I waited so long to put my jeep up for sale.
Hell, I'm still thinking about not selling it and sending it down to Harrison instead.
Don't do it Tony. There isn't much better out there. If there is anything I can do on this forum, I hope that's to show you guys not to make the mistake I did. Look at how many people sold their Jeeps just to get back in one! If someone sells their Jeep for financial reasons, I get it, but if they are selling it to find something better? Don't waste your time. Has anyone come on here and said they sold their Jeep and found something better and more enjoyable? I can't think of one person. Honestly, what upsets me the most is how much money I lost because I thought I wanted something else. Sucks.
Johnny, sorry to hear this. Whatever decision you make I hope it works for you.
I for one don't want to see you sell the beast, it is popular and you don't want it to end up in the wrong hands.
