I think it has more to do with each manufactures implementation of the Android OS. I have a Galaxy S (older I know) but I do have a brand new S3 still in the box. Bought it from Samsung online, way cheaper at least with Tmobile. Anyways my wife has a HTC one (I think). Can't stand her phone or rather how it works because of HTC's twist on the OS. Maybe like Tamara stated I'm just used to the Samsung way as she is with the iPhone.

I got the S 3. Gotta say its much easier and more accurate of a keyboard. So far I'm diggin it. Its kinda a learning curve. It'll be a fun day playing with it. Although this free app sucks. Hahaha.
I'm due for an update on my phone....going to get rid of the HTC that I have. I think the S3 might be in the cards. Let us know what you think after a few days.
The best part about yesterday, was saving 60 dollars a month on my bill. The guy helping me out was amazing. I ended up buying my mom an iPhone 4 for a dollar. I wasn't eligible for upgrade yet. This guy worked some things around changing my plan and got me the introductory price of 199 for my galaxy s3.
