Finally!!! A Jeep that's NOT BLACK ran a 9 today. Thomas went out with race gas for the first time today. Took his GTR too. Thomas went 9.91@143 on 17psi. He had another run that he aborted because he got nervous but the 330' mark was a full tenth quicker and had a 1.58 60'. Should have been a low 9.8 or high 9.7 pass had he stayed in it. He felt the throttle plate close on the shifts and made him nervous. Understandable.
Major props man!! Congrats Thomas on getting that 9. Some more seat time, more boost and mid 9's are there easily. He did finally pull the seats this time. Last time he went 10.21 on 14psi with pump gas and seats in.
His GTR ain't no joke either. With a tune only he went 10.98@127 today too. Sounds like a great day at the track!!
Pretty sick to have a 9 and a 10 sec pass in one day at the track with two different cars!
