you really haven't searched if you haven't found anything, to be frank. but it depends what system you use to Set them up. Mine come on with brakes and blinker and completely off at other times, i Used a trailer harness. There is also a kit sold from a vender on here (Ken at Taillight solutions) that i think replaces the bulb and allows it to have a dim setting and bright setting just like the brakes.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall
Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

They are more of a parking light not really a fog light
Kens harness is pretty trick because it makes the single filament bulb act like a double.
Basically it replicates what the brake/turn light does at least on the later Jeeps that have just one double filament brake bulb

He does it using the existing single filament bulb.

After re-reading my original post, i realized i was typing much slower than my brain was thinking, LOL
What i meant was; for those that have purchased or made their own harness for the rear fogs, when do they come on? (with the brakes/signals OR with the park lights OR when the front fogs are on OR like dual filament bulbs with park and brake light)
