Power cut out issue

Hiya guys,

Got a issue with my 2007 srt8 starts, then if you drive to your destination get out lock car then get back in electrics come on the die nothing only way to sort is is connect battery and reconnect then all ok..

Any thoughts please

obviously an electrical issue so i would start at diagnosing the simple things,
look into replacing battery, test the alternator, sounds like something could be shorting out somewhere.

I have it booked into the electrical garage on the 1st.. Just bloody annoying wondered if anyone else had this issue.

Coud it be the electronic key battery or the immobiliser ?

Immobiliser could be the source but i am unsure that disconnecting the battery would reset that maybe it does as it does reset the PCM who knows though
