Edit: Yes it is, I have been there a few time with my neon srt4 about 5 years ago. Great people there and I didnt know they were this big into the GC SRT8. I only live 40 minutes from them.

Your 60 foot isnt too bad either...is your converter allowing you to build some boost at the line?
I know these big turbos need some spool time....are you on a 2 step?
12.5 pounds of boost....Barely any boost at all off the line (0-2lbs at most) ..I'm on a two step..I had 0 weight reduction (all mats, laptop, air pump etc left in the vehicle ) and in fact I messed up on way to track and filled the truck slam full of gas (i was under the hood checking something while pumping..next thing i know i here click! ....DOH)
