Thumbs up Basic Fuel Pump Upgrade, Drop-In 255lph Pump Replacement Kit

We've had several requests for this kit over the past month so we just added it to our huge inventory.

Jeep SRT-8 Factory Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit

This kit replaces the factory fuel pump with the larger 255lph pump for more fuel volume. It can be used in place of a boost-a-pump on blown Jeeps or for strokers and nitrous Jeeps requiring more fuel behind them as well.

The 255 the only option? Wondering why not the larger 405 and if that's an upgrade option, which will work with this kit...

Thanks!

I have the first kit for the shop due in here next week. I've actually avoided this kit for the past couple of years but with customers requesting it I'm going back and seeing what we can do with it. One of the supercharger manufacturers has used this kit for the past two years in place of the boost a pump. When I get the kit in here I'm going to take a look at it and see if we can get the larger Aeromotive 340lph and Walbro 405lph pumps to fit inplace of the GSS342 pump that the kits use now.

The Wally 405 pump should fit HHP. It's barely bigger than the 255. Glad you guys are coming out with this. It's great for stroker guys too. There may need to be a little dremel work to get it to fit. Good luck HHP. Hope you guys can get the 405 in there!

Yes, it will support most 440 stroker builds... Been doing it for several years, but I am at its limit and needed to add a BAP to mine to support the power mine is making. Should be fine for up to 600 whp (on fuel,) but if you plan to make more than that, you should think about the larger pump. E85 and you need to go larger.

Just swap it out for a 400 Eric and you'll be good to go. I wouldn't mess with a BAP.

That's the plan for what I am about to do, but the BAP has been on there for over a year. I use it more to keep the voltage consistent to the pump.
