Could you build your own Hennessey Venom GT?

I know that making the Venom GT may sound crazy but hear me out.

First- Buy a Lotus Exige (70,000)
Second- Parts
------- Carbon Brakes - 11,000
------- 6 piston brembo (2 pc.) 10,000
------- 4 piston brembo (2 pc.) 9,000
------- Ford GT Transmission (Ricardo plc 6-speed manual transmission) $?????
------- LS9 Engine (Corvette ZR1) - 21,000
------- Twin turbo system - ?????

You can strip the Exige down and extend it.

Well I'm kind of lost here so if anybody else can but some input, that would be great.

Also now with the extension of the rear section, you will need a body guy to create the fiberglass(carbon fiber will be pricey). So whatever that will cost ya, factor that in too, cant help with the price...sorry.

NO idea on the cost to be honest...that's to tough to really say until you really dove into it.

Very true, I'd take an Aventador all day over the Venom

fraction of the cost and looks way better too, all you need to do it send it to underground racing and your good to go.. i would rather have a large production car any day and a hennescrewed car

What would the acceleration of the Venom GT be like compared to an Underground TT Aventador?

dont know and dont care, a stock aventador would be plenty fast for me im sure, with traffic these days and cops you can still only go so fast before you run out of room... why spend 1 million on a car thats just retarded, silly steven tyler
