My only complaint with a 70K price tag would be the performance factor. Less than 500 ponies and now currently the slowest the SRT in the bunch, but the most expensive. Throw in the 6.2 S/C, make 600 Crank HP and price it at 70K, and hell i'd say it's a good deal. We have no idea what the price will be, BUT, i agree, it should be relatively around the same price as the 12'. 60-62K i think would be a fair price with the new upgrades on the interior, launch control and 8 speed alone.
I'd be on board with these prices. $70k for the S/C version would make it much more competitive with the X5M. I think forking out that much coin for the '14 SRT as it sits would be a stretch...

It looks like they are allowing more options this time around instead of making everything standard. Example, a lot of the tech in the lux package. The HK stereo isn't standard again. My guess is pricing will be inline with current pricing, but fully loaded will be close to 70k.
Yes, I'd buy the Jeep for that price. Obviously, we all want the best deal we can get and pay the least possible. But, I don't think the price is that bad for what you're getting.
Will I be getting a 14? Probably not. I'll see what happens in the next year, or so. Milous is saying the Jeep will get the 6.2 s/c eventually, so I'd go for the refreshed design and super charger.
Right now I'm still happy with my 12. It's still a blast to drive and there are a few performance parts already for it. Also, tuning gives me options
I didn't see the ad for the Merc at first Keoni. I'd have to test drive the car and play with all the buttons first before I'd consider it.
The other day I was looking at the 13 GTRs in town. I sat in the car and just don't think I could ever own it. The car isn't friendly for a 6-3" tall driver. I was way to cramped with the seating position maxed out. I couldn't find a comfortable seating position.

I'm not trying to start any kind of argument here guys, I just look back to when these beasts first came out....When they were actually called BEASTS!!!!!!! Slammed down, Box looking, Big front bumper! You could get one stripped down for $38k and take it directly to the track and crack off 13.1-13.2's all night!
Now.....When I see a 12', I don't get that, DAYUM, that thing is a beast effect anymore....It just looks like a Limited Jeep w/ LED's in the bumper.
Props to all the 2012/2013 owners and potential 2014 buyers...But I will stick with my oldskool and original version of the SRT8 Jeep!
