Another story in the making... 426 Build Thread

Kinda Got a Chubby Right Now. Here is my first peek of the short block, Will post more pictures later today when I get it up on the engine stand. I am excited to feel the power the 426 stroker will put down!

And here is the most recent picture of my jeep pulled it out of the garage today odometer reading 22,699. Pulled it out because my garage is a mess and had to get it cleaned up a bit for my new project. Thought I'd snap a picture for the picture book. It currently has a Mopar CAI, BG tune, Muffler deleted.

Planned for this build, The PPP 426 w/PPP Stage 2 cam. OBX headers, Stall converter and VB upgrade. slightly ported heads, with pac 1235 valve springs and forged pushrods, upgraded injectors, already have the new mopar timing chain installed..

not yet may go for the d1 procharger, that will be a long time away, wife says I need to get the jeep paid off before I go that route, but I will see about that when the time comes

Here it is on the engine stand, Very nice looking. will start tearing down the jeep within the next week or so and post pictures of the swap.
